COVID-19 UPDATE | March 2020

Dear Valued Guest,

Like you, we have been monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 in the United States. We consider the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our guests a priority. We will be closely monitoring the situation and working with national, regional, and local authorities as this situation unfolds.

Currently, all of our locations remain open in order to continue to take great care of our customers. With cleanliness and safety as our top priority, we are taking the following additional steps to ensure the safety and health of our guests and team members:

⁃We have increased cleaning and sanitizing of door handles, public surfaces, and high traffic areas.
⁃All of our personnel will use gloves when working with customer vehicles. We will also be sanitizing all interior surfaces that we touch once we have finished with your vehicle.
⁃We are requiring all employees who feel ill to stay home, and any employee who has been tested for COVID-19 to self quarantine until cleared for work by a healthcare professional.
⁃We have replaced handshakes with alternative greetings.
⁃Disinfecting every vehicle after a test drive, as well as offering off site test drives to customers who would prefer to not come into the dealership.
